INTRODUCING… Lani Yadegar, CPCC our newest addition to the LAB Method team!
Lani is a group facilitator and producer of The LAB Method newsletter. She works with Polly on a myriad of projects that are in the works. Lani has been coaching and working with people around communication, emotional intelligence, and how to craft and design healthy relationships in the workplace, in marriages, and in family systems for over a decade. She is a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute, a graduate of the Hakomi Institute of California in mindfulness based somatic psychotherapy and she is trained by the Matrix Leadership Institute in group facilitation and group systems.
